Sewer Jetting Flexible Hose Pipe also known as Polyamide Thermoplastic Flexible Hose. The hose we sell is of ZebFlex make. It is an ideal hose designed for Wet and Saline environments where there are extreme temperatures.

Construction
PU hose cover and inlaid synthetic fibre framework on thermoplastic tube.

Tube: PA (Polyamide) Thermoplastic Elastomer.
Reinforcement: 1 or 2 braids of synthetic fiber / Aramid Fiber + 1 special synthetic fiber braid.
Cover: PU (Polyurethane), Blue color 

Different Color outer covers available on request.

Applications & Uses

• Standard Sewer cleaning vehicles and cleaning equipments. 

• Heavy duty construction for optimum cut and wear resistance with bonded tube and cover.
• Available in long lengths with a special cover, resistant to microbiological degradation.

• Light weight compared to conventional rubber alternatives and increased lifetime. 
• The water-proof feature of the cover means that the hose is especially suitable for wet and saline environments where there are extreme temperature changes.

Applications

- High pressure airless paint spray systems for 150 to 450 bar.
- Suitable for applications requiring chemical resistance to solvents and aggressive fluids.

- Due to low permeation value of polyamide, the hose is also suitable for industrial gases.

Description
Ultra High Pressure Lance Hose  are Thermoplastic Type Ultra High-Pressure Flexible Hose assemblies, which are available in custom lengths and with custom end fittings. These are constructed with a plastic core and Reinforced with four upto six spiral layers of high tensile steel wire and enclosed in a tough yet flexible polyamide jacket. Smooth Inner plastic core minimizes pressure loss and offers the maximum resistance to damage caused by aging, moisture absorption and changing environmental factors. These hoses undergo various in-house quality assurance procedures. These hoses provide a rugged construction, dependability and safe performance.
