UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) Lined Rubber Hoses are sold under the Brand Name : ZebFlex
These are FDA Approved Food Grade Hoses, suitable for suction & Discharge Service & are suitable to handle 98% of commonly used Acids, Chemicals & Solvents , as well as Food, Pharmaceutical & Sanitary Materials. The Hose will not leach into & contaminate the material being conveyed.

Construction
The hose is manufactured using polished stainless steel mandrels for an ultra-smooth tube that will not impart taste or odor. The lightweight hose construction incorporates a helix steel wire that provides full suction capability, superior kink resistance, minimal force-to bend and a path to conduct a static electric charge to ground. The cover is resistant to abrasion, mild chemicals and ozone.

Tube: Translucent Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE)
Reinforcement: Multiple plies of high tensile textile with helix steel wire
Cover: Blue abrasion resistant EPDM synthetic rubber
